General information:

• Orders are generally shipped within 5 days of receipt.
• U.S. customers:
  • All orders are mailed U.S. postal first class and shipping/handling is figured at 10% of the item total.
  • We accept purchase orders from schools, etc. via mail or fax (412-521-8556). Invoices are mailed at the same time as the package and are due net 30 days.
  • Orders by check or purchase order must include a daytime phone number or email address in case of questions.
  • Pennsylvania not-for-profit institutions must order using a check or PO in order to avoid taxes. Please include your 501c3 number with your order.
• Non-U.S. customers:
  • Prices are US dollars; checks must be in US$ as well. Conversion for credit card or Paypal customers is done automatically by Paypal when you place your order.
  • Canadian customers are charged US$17.00 for shipping, others are charged US$25.00. Packages are sent Priority International via the United States Postal Service if the actual cost is less than or equal to the charge; if the actual cost is more than $17/$25, the package is shipped First Class International. Please note: we are not able to track your package once it leaves the United States.
